By accessing or purchasing from Kenny Chao's official store (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, and contributors.

2. Exclusive Drops & Purchases

Many of our products are released as limited-edition "drops." We do not guarantee restocks on any items once they are sold out. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.

3. Return & Refund Policy

Physical Merchandise: All sales on limited drop items are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item received is defective or incorrect. You must contact support within 7 days of delivery.
Digital Programs: Due to the nature of digital coaching programs and downloadable content, no refunds will be issued once the program has been accessed or downloaded.

4. Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary based on location. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or natural events. International buyers are responsible for all customs fees and import taxes.
